Housing Coordinator & Shuttle Driver 


Position reports to: General Manager 


General description of purpose: 

The Housing Coordinator will be the first on site interaction a staff member may have. The staff member in this position needs to be friendly but stern, full of helpful information, have a basic knowledge of many skills, love working outdoors, and be an overall problem solver.  


Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: 

  • Acknowledge and greet all guests and staff as you meet them around the property 

  • Perform daily routine cleaning and preventative maintenance to staff buildings including exterior/interior 

  • Perform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; inspect outside areas, pick-up and collect trash, insure community areas are kept clean and in a safe condition 

  • Perform bi-weekly safety checks and inspections throughout the facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for all staff, and to eliminate all hazards and concerns 

  • Communicate with management any issues regarding building maintenance, grounds keeping, or staff concerns 

  • Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance, staff housing issues, and staff concerns 

  • Practice safe handling of chemicals and equipment 

  • Shuttle staff members in a company vehicle to and from town, on activities, and other places as deemed necessary by management 

  • Keep accurate records of shuttle vehicle usage 

  • Accomplish all daily assigned tasksand help other departments when needed 

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures, including inspections, for staff housing 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

  • Clean driving record (must be 25 years of age) 

  • Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 25 pounds 

  • Basic understanding of cleaning and general maintenance 

  • Must be organized, responsible, and self-motivated 

  • Work involves periods of sitting, standing, walking (which may include climbing ladders and staircases), stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist. 

  • Enjoy working for long periods of time outdoors in possibly uncomfortable temperatures and/or weather 

  • Communicate well with staff, managers, and different departments
